Malta Jersey provides custom-designed apparel and products, created individually based on customer requests.
We do not operate a traditional webshop. All orders are handled via custom quotation and confirmation.
- Orders
A quotation sent by Malta Jersey is not binding until accepted.
Once the customer confirms the order:
✔ it becomes legally binding
✔ cancellation is no longer guaranteed
✔ payment obligation applies

Because of this:

- Pricing
Prices are determined individually based on:
- design complexity
- quantity
- product type
Customers receive a custom quote via email.
- Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment (if available)
- Cash payment (upon agreement)
⚠️ Important:
Once a customer accepts a quotation (via email or message), it becomes a binding order.
This means:
- the customer agrees to purchase
- production may begin
- payment obligation is created
For custom products, we may require:
- full payment in advance OR
- partial deposit
Production starts only after payment confirmation or agreement.

Production time depends on:
- design complexity
- workload
- order size
Estimated delivery time is provided with the quote.
- Shipping
Shipping is available internationally.
Delivery time depends on:
- destination
- courier service
Shipping costs are included in the quotation.
- Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom-made products:
❗ We do not accept returns for:
- incorrect size chosen by the customer
- approved designs
- change of mind
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- damaged product
- incorrect item
You must contact us within 7 days.
We may offer:
- replacement
- correction
- partial or full refund (case-by-case)
- Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- uploaded images
- copyright compliance
We are not responsible for third-party copyright violations.
